ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 22 years in the media industry as a Vice President of Sales, working across radio, television, digital media, and sports. After retiring from that career, I was ready for a new challenge and found an exciting opportunity in agency ownership.

Our agency offers a 401(k) retirement plan, 10 days of paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in working hard while also making time to enjoy life outside of the office.

Our office is high-energy, family-oriented, and a lot of fun! We enjoy watching sports together, sharing lunch in the office every Thursday, and creating an environment where everyone feels like part of the team. We work hard, support one another, and believe that building strong relationships makes coming to work something to look forward to.

I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, and brings a dynamic personality to the team. Strong communication skills and a great phone presence are especially important, along with integrity and a team-first attitude. I also value people who are willing to be vulnerable, ask questions, accept feedback, and continuously learn. If you're outgoing, motivated, and looking for a supportive office where you can grow professionally while enjoying the people you work with, we'd love to meet you.
